ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize will consist of the following three (3) elements:
a. A 2015 Silverado HD LTZ with accessories. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $60,595. Administrator will determine all features of vehicle including but not limited to color of exterior and interior, and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by winner. Winner must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of insurance at time of delivery. Winner is responsible for title, license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance and other fees associated with prize. Winner must take delivery of prize from the automobile dealership designated by Administrator. The 2015 Silverado HD LTZ availability will coincide with when this model goes into production.
b. A trip for two (2) to attend the 2015 Talladega Spring Race at Talladega Superspeedway (held on May 3, 2015; date subject to change). Trip package includes:
• round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Administrator in its sole discretion) to a major commercial airport near Atlanta, GA;
• six (6) days and five (5) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Administrator in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy);
• two (2) tickets to the Talladega Spring Race at Talladega Superspeedway (seating determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
• ground transportation between airport, hotel, and the Talladega Spring Race at Talladega Superspeedway;
• suite passes to the Realtree suite to watch the race. Winner and guest will be allowed to be in the pit for Richard Childress Racing at the start of the race;
• a two (2) day guided hunt provided by Realtree and a Realtree product package.
ARV: $13,400. Winner and guest must travel on dates determined by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. If in the judgment of Administrator air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round-trip air travel at Administrator’s sole discretion.
c. A Badboy Buggie Ambush iS dune buggy (driver’s license required). ARV: $15,000.
Total ARV of the Grand Prize: $88,995.
