Grand Prize (1): AN EBR (Erik Buell Racing) 1190RX Motorcycle. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $18,995.00.
Any options not included as part of the standard equipment, registration, title, licensing fees, taxes (including, but not limited to, sales taxes and income taxes), insurance and costs associated with the prize, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the prize, if applicable, are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winner may have the choice of color between Galactic Black, Racing Red or Strike Yellow, however, Sponsor reserves the right to determine final color choice based on availability. Winner must accept delivery of the prize at a specified time and location.
First Prize (1): A motorcycle helmet autographed by Erik Buell. Sponsor neither warrants nor represents that autographed prizes can be sold or traded for the stated value; actual value depends on market conditions which fluctuate. Autographs have no cash value. ARV $500.00.
Second Prizes (3): AMSOIL leather jacket. ARV: $250.00 each. Total ARV of all prizes: $20,245.00.
