PRIZE: The prize awarded to each winner consists of the right to receive one (1) pair, per calendar year, of any Aetrex® brand or Apex® brand footwear offered by Sponsor (e.g., shoes, sandals, boots, sneakers, etc. ) for life with the express understanding that “life” shall be deemed to mean: (i). forty (40) years; (ii). until the winner is deceased, or (iii). until Aetrex ceases business or carrying the products in issue; whichever period is shorter. The approximate retail value of the winner’s prize, dependent upon the winner’s survival for forty (40) consecutive years, is $5,000.00.
