PRIZE: The prize awarded to each winner consists of the right to receive one (1) pair, per calendar year, of any Aetrexยฎ brand or Apexยฎ brand footwear offered by Sponsor (e.g., shoes, sandals, boots, sneakers, etc. ) for life with the express understanding that “life” shall be deemed to mean: (i). forty (40) years; (ii). until the winner is deceased, or (iii). until Aetrex ceases business or carrying the products in issue; whichever period is shorter. The approximate retail value of the winnerโs prize, dependent upon the winnerโs survival for forty (40) consecutive years, is $5,000.00.
