SECOND CHANCE RANDOM DRAWING: All Instant Winning and Non-winning Entries will be eligible for the Second Chance Random Drawing. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in the Second Chance Random Drawing from among all eligible Entries received. The Second Chance Random Drawing will be conducted on or about March 10, 2014 by Centra360, an independent judging organization whose decisions in all matters are final and binding.
