1 GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize consisting of a Live Nation® Flyaway trip for 2, which includes:
– two (2) tickets to a Live Nation produced and promoted concert (the “Concert”) at a Live Nation owned and operated venue in the United States (seat locations to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
– round-trip, coach class air transportation for two (2) from the major airport nearest Grand Prize winner’s home within the U.S. to the major airport nearest the concert (both of which determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
– one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room at Sponsor’s choice of hotel for one (1) night / two (2) days (dates and accommodations are subject to availability and certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply); and
– a $250 pre-paid cash card to use toward ground transportation.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,350. Tickets to a particular concert are not guaranteed. Concert must be selected at least thirty (30) days in advance of the travel date and is subject to availability and age restrictions. If trip destination is less than 250 miles from the winner’s residence, winner will be provided $200 in spending money for driving expenses in lieu of air transportation. All travel must be taken no later than July 31, 2014; no alternative travel dates are available or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate.
1,000 FIRST PRIZES: One (1) $25 Live Nation® Concert Cash® Code (“CC Code”). ARV: $25. The CC Code is redeemable only on the Live Nation website located at www.livenation.
