During the Promotion Period, Sponsor will award 44 pens every hour for 14 hours each day between the hours of 8:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and 10:00:00 p.m. ET (each hour is a separate “Giveaway Period”). The Promotion will consist of a total of 336 separate Giveaway Periods and each Giveaway Period is its own separate and distinct promotion.
PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Each winner will receive one (1)
BIC 4-Color Pen (ARV: $2.99 each). The total ARV of all prizes for each Giveaway Period is approximately $132.00.
