This is still active, as they are still building the site membership.  I’ve become addicted to reading and posting there! It’s actually a really cool site–so many different viewpoints. P.S.  If you do this, I HIGHLY recommend remaining an active forum poster after getting the shirt–there are incentives for people to keep posting!

They are combined in one little booklet.  Nice little pocket reference!  I did this one about 3 wks ago, so I think it’s still active.
