Winner Determination/Prize/Approximate Retail Value (“ ARV”): On or about two (2) business days after the Sweepstakes Period has ended, Administrator, an independent judging agency, shall perform a random Prize Drawing from among all eligible Entries received (“Prize Drawing”), to select one (1) potential Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winner”). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.
