PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)/ODDS: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to
be won. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip package for two (2) people, Grand Prize
winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”), to New York, New York to attend the Great American
Family Christmas Festival. Grand Prize trip package includes:
– Round-trip, coach-class air-transportation for Grand Prize winner and Guest to Long Island
City, New York from a major airport within the 50 United States nearest the winner’s
residence as determined by Sponsor;
– Two (2) nights hotel accommodations based on a single room with double occupancy at a
hotel of Sponsor’s choice;
– Two (2) VIP Package tickets* (“Event Tickets”) to the Great American Family Christmas
Festival (“Event”);.
– $400 cash allowance for food to be awarded in for the form of a check;
– Round-trip car transfers to/from destination airport and hotel; and
– $1,400 cash (to be awarded in the form of a check) to be used towards Grand Prize
winner’s income tax responsibility. The ARV of Grand Prize: $4,900. The ARV may vary based upon dates of travel and point of
departure. The difference between the ARV and actual value of the Grand Prize will not be
awarded.
*If Grand Prize winner and Guest attend the Event on December 14, 2024 or December 15, 2024,
Event Tickets will also include an opportunity to meet and greet Mario and Courtney Lopez. If
Grand Prize winner does not travel on December 14, 2024 or December 15, 2024, or if the
opportunity to meet Mario Lopez and/or Courtney Lopez is changed or cancelled for any reason,
the Grand Prize winner understands and agrees that the opportunity to meet and greet Mario and
Courtney Lopez has NO CASH VALUE and that the Sponsor will not offer a replacement prize and
that the Grand Prize will consist of only the remaining prize elements.
Trip must be booked at least seven (7) days in advance and is only available during the following
three (3) travel date options:
• Option One: Friday, December 13, 2024 to Sunday, December 15, 2024;
• Option Two: Friday December 20, 2024 to Sunday, December 22, 2024; or
• Option Three: Friday, December 27, 2024 to Sunday, December 29, 2024.
