Prizes: There are exactly twenty-eight (28) prizes total (each, a “Prize”) available to be won in the Promotion as follows:

Exactly one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received and awarded a Grand Prize (“Grand Prize”) on January 7, 2011 consisting of the one (1) character-themed room that the Entrant selected upon registration.

Exactly twenty-seven (27) First Prizes will be awarded. One (1) First Prize Winner will be randomly selected each day between November 28, 2010 – December 24, 2010 from among all eligible entries received and awarded a First Prize (each, a “First Prize) consisting of: one (1) $500 Kohl’s gift card. (ARV $500 USD).

The approximate retail value of all First Prizes is $13,500.00 USD.
