Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be available to be awarded. Winner will receive up to *two (2) Platinum Badges (for winner and one [1] verified guest) for primary access to all conference and festival events at the 2024 SXSW Conference and Festivals (“SXSW 2024”), projected to be scheduled the middle of March 2024 in Austin, Texas (actual dates as well as location SXSW 2024 have not been finalized; based on timing of previous years’ SXSW Events, Sponsor believes the 2024 version of the SXSW Conference and Festivals will take place during the indicated time period; actual dates of SXSW 2024 will be confirmed by Sponsor/HP2 Promotions on or around three (3) months prior to the event. Grand Prize includes one (1) $2,000 Check that may be used for travel, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, gratuities, souvenirs and any additional expenses not specified in these Official Rules. All other additional expenses not specified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner’s guest must be 21 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States or District of Columbia and must sign and return a Guest Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release prior to attending SXSW 2024; in the event of noncompliance by winner’s guest, winner must accept the Grand Prize without such guest, the value of the Grand Prize will be reduced accordingly, and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded in conjunction therewith. If the potential Grand Prize winner cannot attend SXSW 2024 for any reason, Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety without compensation and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion (time permitting). For the avoidance of doubt, award of the $2,000 check element of the prize is contingent upon winner attending SXSW 2024. No other prize will be awarded. Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize is up to $4,590.00.
