Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of:
(a) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to either Warwick, R.I. or Hartford, CT, as determined by Sponsor (the “Destination”) from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, nearest to winner’s primary residence, determined by Sponsor; provided that Sponsor has the right to substitute ground transportation (i.e. rail) for air transportation at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor may choose alternate airports if the Destination airports are unavailable for any reason;
(b) two nights tourist class hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room and room tax only) at Foxwoods Resort Casino;
(c) $150 in car rental vouchers;
(d) opportunity for Grand Prize winner to participate in the O&A Poker Tournament to be held in a private poker room on Friday, December 17, 2010 at Foxwoods (the “Event”); and
(e) $250 to use towards the private poker tournament entry fee, if winner should choose to play in the tournament; or if winner chooses not to play, to be used at winner’s discretion (in the form of a company check). (TOTAL Approximate Retail Value (ARV) = $2,500).
