One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for winner and one (1) travel companion to New York, NY to attend the ADAM Fashion Show scheduled to take place in mid-February, 2010 in New York, NY. Grand Prize consists of the following: (a) round-trip, coach-class air transportation for winner and one (1) travel companion from major airport nearest winner’s residence to major airport near New York, NY (airports selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); (b) standard hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (one (1) room, double occupancy; selected by Sponsor); (c) daily breakfast for winner and travel companion (Sponsor to pay for costs for all breakfasts of up to fifty dollars ($50)); (d) one (1) dinner for winner and travel companion (Sponsor to pay for costs for such dinner of up to one hundred twenty five dollars ($125)); (e) two (2) seats tickets to the ADAM Fashion Show (seats selected by Sponsor); and (f) one (1) $1,000 gift certificate to www.shopadam.com.
