PRIZES. One (1) Grand Prize: A four (4) day/ three (3) night trip for the winner and ten (10) guests (each, a “ Guest” and collectively, the “Guests”) to Manchester, TN to attend the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival (the “Festival”) currently scheduled to be held from June 10, 2010 through June 13, 2010. Trip includes: (i) round-trip coach air transportation to Nashville, TN for winner and his/her Guests from major commercial airport(s) nearest their respective residences, (ii) private access for winner and Guests to the Fuse/TWIX® Barn, including three (3) nights’ group sleeping accommodations (with limited facilities only) for winner and his/her Guests in the Fuse/TWIX® Barn located at the Festival grounds, (iii) general admission Festival passes for the winner and Guests, (iv) round-trip ground transportation from the winner’s and Guests’ respective residences to/from the departure airport and to/from the Nashville airport to the Festival, (v) private VIP Meet-and-Greet with a Band/Artist appearing at the Festival selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion, (vi) one (1) case containing 288 TWIX® Brand Java Cookie Bars (1.79 oz each) and
(vii) $500.00 spending money. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize:
