Grand Prize: (1 winner) Trip for two to Gretchen Wilson’s farm in Nashville, Tennessee. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for two people between the major airport nearest the winner’s residence to the major airport nearest Nashville, TN, two nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy), one day’s worth of activities at Gretchen Wilson’s farm including a fishing contest, barbeque lunch, and 4-wheeling (collectively, the “Activities”) on May 22, 2010, tour of The Fontanel Mansion (the “Tour”) on May 22, 2010, airport transfers to the hotel, and roundtrip ground transportation to and from the hotel and Gretchen’s farm. Travel will take place May 21-23, 2010 and is based on travel restrictions and blackout dates. If the Grand Prize winner is unavailable for travel on the designated dates, the Grand Prize winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner in its sole discretion. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel out of the same airport and on the same itinerary. Minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize winner and guest are responsible for all necessary travel authorizations such as passports, visas, and/or government identification and for any travel insurance. Meals and beverages, incidentals, gratuities, phone calls, luggage fees, and any and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and each Runner-Up winner. Prize Provider, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the Grand Prize winner resides within one hundred (100) miles from the trip destination. If, for any reason, the Activities and/or Tour are postponed or canceled, the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible, and the trip will be awarded without the Activities and/or Tour on the same itinerary. Participation in the Activities by the Grand Prize winner and Grand Prize winner’s guest will be determined solely by the Prize Provider and will be based, in part, on the physical condition of the Grand Prize Winner and Grand Prize winner’s guest. The Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute any portion of these prizes, including travel dates and destination, for a prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, change of the prize, or cash substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Prize Provider. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner in its sole discretion.
