One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) 2025 custom-designed lithium-ion golf cart with accessories (six
(6) water bottles, a custom license plate, a rack on the rear to hold a cooler and a cooler). The
Sponsor will determine all features of the golf cart including but not limited to color of exterior and
interior, and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and
paid for by winner. The winner must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of
insurance at time of delivery. The winner is responsible for title, sales tax, license, registration,
dealer preparation costs, insurance and other fees associated with prize. The winner must take
delivery of prize from the dealership designated by Sponsor. Any transportation costs associated
with collecting the golf cart, if applicable, are solely the responsibility of the winner. If the winner
fails to comply with the delivery conditions, the prize will be forfeited. Approximate Retail Value
(“ARV”): $16,500.00.
One (1) First Prize: A trip for two (2) to Frisco, TX. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class
air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in
its sole discretion) to Frisco, TX; three (3) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by
Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); a round of golf (18 holes) for two
(2) at Fields Ranch in Frisco, TX; two (2) Subway Meals delivered each day (one meal for each
person); and $750.00 (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner). ARV: $7,000.00.
Three (3) Second Prizes: Subway® for a Year awarded as seven (7) $500 Subway® gift cards
and one (1) $150 Subway® gift card. Each gift card will be fulfilled via the winner’s mailing
address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted). This was calculated as $10 per day for 365 days. Terms
and conditions of gift cards apply. ARV: $3,650.00 each.
Ten (10) Third Prizes (One (1) awarded per Weekly Entry Period): A $3,000 check. ARV:
