One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded that consists of a 5-day/4-night Spa Getaway for the winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to the Abano Grand Hotel in Padua, Italy (www.abanograndhotel.com) located at Via Valero Fiacco 1, 35031 Abano Teme, Italy (the “Abano Grand Hotel”). The trip package includes (i) round trip coach class air transportation for two (2), from a major international airport nearest to the winners residence (at Sponsor’s discretion), to a major international airport near the Abano Grand Hotel (at Sponsor’s discretion); (ii) four (4) nights of hotel accommodations in a deluxe double room (double occupancy) at the Abano Grand Hotel; (iii) breakfast, lunch and dinner each of the five days for the winner and Guest during their stay at the Abano Grand Hotel at the hotel’s restaurants; (iv) unlimited access for the Winner and Guest to the spa facilities at the Abano Grand Hotel; (v) two (2) massages for the Winner and Guest; and (vi) one (1) mud treatment for the Winner and Guest. Total ARV of the Grand Prize is six thousand and five hundred dollars ($6,500).

The Grand Prize trip must be taken by September 15, 2012. The following black-out dates apply during which the Grand Prize will be unavailable: December 26, 2011 through January 15, 2012, April 5, 2012 through April 15, 2012 and August 10, 2012 through August 20, 2012.
