 PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize and fifteen (15) Runner Up Prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes.

 The Grand Prize will be delivered by email to the winner’s email address as submitted at sweepstakes entry and will consist of: one (1) Fandango Promotional Code (“Promo Code”) worth a maximum of five hundred seventy-six dollars (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $576.00 (USD)), valid through January 31, 2013. If the Promotional Code is not used to purchase movie tickets on Fandango.com during the period in which it is effective, it will expire and will not be extended or replaced. The total ARV of the Grand Prize is five hundred seventy-six dollars ($576.00 (USD)).

 Each Runner Up Prize will be delivered by email to the winner’s email address as submitted at sweepstakes entry and will consist of: one (1) Promo Code worth a maximum of forty-eight dollars (ARV $48.00), valid through August 30, 2012. The total ARV of all Runner Up Prizes is seven hundred twenty dollars (ARV $720.00 (USD)).

 The total ARV of all prizes in this Sweepstakes is one thousand two hundred ninety-six dollars (ARV $1,296.00 (USD)).
