CONTEST: (3) Grand Prizes with a total approximate retail value of $6,000 (U.S. Dollars) will be awarded as follows: Each winner will receive a 2-day/1-night trip for winner and guest to Procter & Gamble headquarters in Cincinnati, OH in March, 2010, for the introduction of the new Downy Simple Pleasures scent and to see the advertising plans for the scent launch. Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home, 1 night hotel accommodations (1 room, double occupancy), and ground transfers between airport and hotel (ARV: $2,000 per prize) (U.S. Dollars).

SWEEPSTAKES: (17) prizes (1 per week) with a total approximate retail value of $1,700 (U.S. Dollars) will be awarded as follows: Each winner will receive a $100 Spa Gift Card (U.S. Dollars). Terms, conditions and restrictions of Gift Cards apply. Prizes are valued in U.S. Dollars. Prizes consist of only those items listed as part of the prize. Limit one sweepstakes prize per household.
