that’s all you have to do. You don’t have to pay anything up front to the IRS…… cause I never do the contest afraid I would win then have to pay all that taxes on the stuff and don’t have the money to pay. look what I’m been missing out on LOL

well, you still have to pay. It just lowers the amount of winnings that are taxable, lowering your tax liability
