Sorry if this is a stupid question, but when a coupon is more than the item cost, how does that work? I have been turned away many times by the cashier saying that they cannot have a negative on their register & cannot adjust the coupon or the item price so they will not take the coupon at all. Sometimes when I have multiple purchases, it goes unnoticed or that is ok and the overage goes towards the other item, but other times the cashier won’t even allow that. Any advice? Thank you so much!

Because if you know that it is going to be in the negtive you need to have a “filler”. That means something that cost inexpensive so that you can still get your deals. They cannot give you the overage. Hope that helps.

Items qualifying for Register Rewards are marked in the weekly sales flier for Walgreens. When you go to Walgreens and buy an item that is eligible for a Register Rewards rebate, you will get a coupon that prints out at the register that is good for a certain amount off a future order.

question: can we find these redplum/p&g inserts/smartsource inserts from the internet and print them? i’m also not very familiar with these. i just know you can print coupons from the smartsource/redplum websites.
