Zantac coupon has expired

I purchased one of the monthly deals (the Vaseline lotion) at one Walgreens. I took the RR to another Walgreens (I think on a different day) and exchanged it for another bottle of lotion AND another RR. Yesterday I bought another bottle, and then took the RR to the same second Walgreens. I was given the lotion but not an RR; the cashier said I couldn’t buy the lotion with its own RR and get another RR.
So my question is: which scenario is correct? May I buy the lotion with a lotion RR and earn another RR if I visit a different store on a different day? Does it need to be a different week? Or was I just lucky that one time and earned an RR I shouldn’t have?
If someone understands this process and can clarify it for me, I’d really appreciate it — so thank you in advance for your time and help!
Can you post a pdf of it? I have the coupon printer installed and the link takes me to the print screen, where nothing happens when I click on ‘print coupon’. Tried both yesterday and today.

did you use the RR coupon to buy the vaseline at the different store? because if you did another one is not going to print out, in tiny print underneath any of the “free after register reward” products its says Limit one per customer. So if the register recognized that you already received the coupon, another one will not print out for you.

Also this week Loreal Haircolor is on sale for $5.99 so if you use the $3 off any 1 loreal hair color from the coupon inserts a few weeks ago it will come out to only $2.99

The funny thing is, I used the Vaseline RR from one store to buy the same type of Vaseline lotion at the second store — and the register printed a second Vaseline RR. Maybe the computers just hadn’t synced?
I’ll try mixing it up this week by using smaller RRs to buy the Vaseline and see whether I get another Vaseline RR…
