a) To Enter on Twitter:To participate and enter this Sweepstakes, individuals will need to have a valid non-private Twitter account (an “Account”). Entrant can open a Twitter Account for free, by registering with www.twitter.com (the “Website”) Entrants must not use more than one (1) Account to enter the Sweepstakes. If an entrant is suspected of using multiple Accounts to enter, any entries received by such means will be void. By submitting your information and creating an Account, you will be required to agree to the Twitter Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. “Protected” Twitter accounts may not be able to send entries.
To enter via this entry method, entrants must use Twitter to post a tweet about their lost or damaged engagement and/or wedding ring experiences during the Sweepstakes period. Entrant must use the two (2) hashtags #ProtectTheBling and #Sweepstakes (“Entry”) in order to be eligible. Entrants can either “reply” to the Sponsor’s tweet(s), or entrants can post a tweet to their personal timelines. Entrants can submit one (1) unique tweet per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Including @StateFarm in the tweet is optional. You may follow @StateFarm on Twitter so that Sponsor can direct message you in the event that you are selected as the potential winner, but this is not required. You can unfollow @StateFarm once the promotion and prize notification period has ended.

Additional award of $1,245.00 in the form of a check issued in the Grand Prize Winner’s name which may be used by the winner to offset his or her income taxes (or a portion of his or her income taxes) incurred when accepting the Grand Prize.

Ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation should Grand Prize winner’s residential address be within approximately 100 miles driving distance of New York City. All arrangements for the trip will be made by Sponsor. Should the Grand Prize winner’s income taxes be higher than $1,245.00, Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for the difference between actual income taxes incurred. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations, distance between departure and destination, and home and away game cities (“destination city”). Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $5,395.00.
First Prize: Ten (10) First Prize winners will each receive a $100.00 Visa Gift Card.
The ARV of one (1) First Prize is $100.00. Total ARV of all First Prizes is $1,000.00.
