MONTHLY PERIOD PRIZES (4) (ONE (1) PER MONTHLY PERIOD): A check made payable to each winner in the amount of $5,000. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Monthly Period prize is $5,000.
GRAND PRIZE (1): A check made payable to each winner in the amount of $50,000. ARV of Grand prize is $50,000.
