The Sponsor will give away one (1) Travel Package. Travel Package consists of lodging for 2 guests in one (1) double room for one (1) night at Chena Hot Springs Resort and five (5) consecutive nights at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fairbanks, with airfare provide by Alaska Airlines. Trip must be taken late winter 2015 between the third week in February through the third week in March and is non-transferable or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and no compensation given. Travel dates are subject to availability, blackout periods and restrictions. Once travel arrangements are made, no changes will be permitted. All travel must be from the major airport nearest to the winner’s U.S. residence and the winner will be responsible for any travel to and from that airport. Winner and travel companions must travel on the same itinerary. Winner and traveling companions will be responsible for securing passports, photo I.D. or other travel documents required for travel. Scheduling of accommodations is subject to availability. Sponsor may satisfy its prize delivery obligations through delivery of gift certificates or vouchers for the travel package components. All vouchers and/or gift certificates are subject to any and all restrictions stated on thereon. Verifiable retail value of the Travel Package is USD $599 per person. Actual retail value may vary based on currency fluctuation and timing of trip. Any difference between that verifiable retail value and the actual costs of the prize will not be awarded.
