Once you have registered, log on to www.marlboro.com, click on the tile for the Team Marlboro Sweepstakes and follow the instructions to submit your idea for the theme, Habitat Restoration, to receive an entry into the Sweepstakes (an “Entry”). Entries will not be judged but must comply with the Submission Guidelines; winners will be selected in a random drawing per Rule 5 below. Limit one Entry per person per Weekly Entry Period. If more than one Entry is received for a Weekly Entry Period, only the first Entry received will be considered valid.
In addition to submitting your Entry, you will have the option of uploading a photo that corresponds to your idea. A photo upload is not required for entry, but if you choose to upload a photo, it must comply with the below Submission Guidelines to be posted. The idea in the Entry and the accompanying photo are referred to herein as a “Submission.”
Submissions that comply with the Submission Guidelines may be posted in an online gallery at www.marlboro.com. If a Submission includes a photo that does not comply with the Submission Guidelines, the photo will not be posted; the idea may still be posted in the online gallery if it complies with the Submission Guidelines, and the Entry will be eligible for the Sweepstakes. A Submission that includes an idea that does not comply with the Submission Guidelines will not be posted and will not be eligible for the Sweepstakes. Submissions may be removed from the online gallery by Presenter at any time, for any reason. Posting of a Submission in the online gallery will have no bearing on eligibility for the Sweepstakes or winner determination.
PRIZES: (225) Grand Prizes (25 per Weekly Entry Period): Each winner will receive a check in the amount of $500.00. No transfer or substitution of prize by winner permitted. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Prize consists of only the item specifically listed as part of the prize. The total value of all 225 prizes available to be won is $112,500.00.
