ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A check for $350,000. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $350,000.
THREE (3) FINALIST PRIZES: Each Finalist will receive a trip for one (1) to Las Vegas, NV, where the card game of War will be conducted on November 1, 2014, to determine the Grand Prize winner. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for one (1) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) to Las Vegas, NV; two (2) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion (single room, single occupancy); each Finalist will attend the Event on November 1, 2014 where all three (3) Finalists will compete against each other in the card game of War; ground transportation to and from destination airport and hotel and from hotel to the Event; and travel agent services. The Finalist who wins the card game of War (as determined by the official card game rules, provided at the Event) will be the Grand Prize winner. The official rules of the game War will be provided at the Finalist Event. All three (3) Finalists will each receive a $10,000 Wayfair.com credit. Winners must travel on October 31, 2014 and return on November 2, 2014. If a Finalist cannot travel on specified dates, Finalist can select a Representative to travel in their place. If Finalist cannot travel on specified dates and that Finalist does not select a Representative to travel on their behalf then the prize will be forfeited. If the Finalist selects a representative to travel on their behalf, the Finalist (NOT their representative) is still required to pay all applicable taxes associated with the trip. Finalist must also secure a notarized document stating who will be traveling in their place, and the Finalist’s Representative must provide valid photo identification prior to the trip being booked. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be round trip. Sponsors will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsors’ airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation to and from Finalist’s home to departure airport, meals, incidentals, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, any additional airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsors air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsors’ sole discretion. Sponsors will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsors are not responsible if Event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsors’ sole discretion.
