GRAND Prize (1): A six (6) night, seven (7) day trip for winner and one (1) guest to Hawaii. Trip includes round trip air transportation for winner and guest from the U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to Hawaii, six (6) nights hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy), select ground transportation while on trip, select spa treatments and meals while on trip, awarded in the form of an American Express gift card, and a video camera, which winner may use to document his or her trip.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of grand prize package: $10,000. Travel must be booked within sixty (60) days of receipt of grand prize affidavit, and travel must be completed within six (6) months of being awarded the prize, or prize will be forfeited, and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Winner may be asked by Sponsor to provide access to selected materials recorded with the provided video camera while on trip (collectively, “Footage”). Sponsor will have the right to use selected Footage and edit, adapt, post, stream, and copy such Footage, including any names and likenesses embodied therein, on social media and in any digital media for advertising or promotional purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes. By accepting the grand prize, winner agrees that his/her name and likeness and those of any other individuals present, excluding minors under 18 years of age, may be included in the Footage in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner agrees to help Sponsor retain necessary releases (as applicable) if requested by Sponsor to do so.
DAILY PERIOD PRIZES (101) (One (1) Awarded Per Daily Period): A $50 gift card to REI® or another outdoor clothing and/or gear retailer gift card. ARV of each prize: $50.
