Grand Prizes (2): A trip for winner and winner’s three (3) guests to attend the 2013 World Series of Poker Final Event (“Event”) in Las Vegas, Nevada. Trip is scheduled to take place in November of 2013. Exact travel dates to be determined at a later date by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. No alternative travel dates are available. Trip consists of the following for winner and winner’s three (3) guests: Round-trip first-class air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner’s U.S. home); luxury suite accommodations for three (3) nights (quad-occupancy; one [1] room total); one (1) dinner at Nobu restaurant; Pure Nightclub access; limousine service to and from airport, hotel and all Sponsored events; admission to the Event and certain pre-event activities, admission to a live show (exact show/date to be determined by Sponsor at a later date, in Sponsor’s sole discretion); and Xbox gear: four (4) Xbox 360 consoles, sixteen (16) Xbox 360 games, and (4) 12-month Xbox Live Gold membership subscriptions. Winner only will also receive $8,600 (awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer, payable to winner). If winner resides within 250 miles of Las Vegas, Nevada, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Selection of airline and hotel are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of winner and guests. All travel subject to availability and restrictions. Event date subject to change. Winner and guests must travel on same itinerary. Guests must be 21 years of age or older. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including the 2013 World Series of Poker Final Event and/or airline flights) beyond its control. Winner and guests must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g. a valid U.S. driver’s license) required for travel within the United States. Winner must accept prize as stated by Sponsor or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $35,096 each. Actual value depends on city/date/time of departure. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Note: Grand Prize winner and guests must abide by all casino policies. Sponsor and/or casino operator reserve the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it and/or casino personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any casino policy or law, and/or may bring Sponsor and/or into disrepute. Additionally, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check of any and all records of a potential Grand Prize winner and his/her guest(s), including without limitation, civil and criminal court records and police reports to confirm eligibility. To the extent necessary under law, the potential Grand Prize winner and guest(s) shall authorize this background check to confirm such eligibility. Sponsor may also take all steps necessary to corroborate any information provided to Sponsor by the potential winner and guest(s). To that end, the potential winner and guest(s) may be obligated to provide necessary contacts and other information so that the Sponsor may conduct such investigation. If not eligible, Sponsor reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to disqualify the potential winner and/or guest(s) from any prize element, based on the background check and his/her guest(s) must successfully pass a background check and security screening to be reviewed and approved by Sponsor and its agents and representatives, prior to being declared as the winner and/or participating in the prize.

Each Xbox Code will randomly unlock one of the following increments of virtual chips: 1,000,000 Virtual chips (worth $10); 200,000 Virtual chips (worth $2); 25,000 Virtual chips (worth $0.25); 10,000 Virtual chips (worth $0.10); or 1,000 Virtual chips (worth $0.01). Quantities vary and are based on the amount of Xbox Codes redeemed. Xbox Codes must be redeemed by December 31, 2013.
