Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”):
One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize Winner shall receive the Grand Prize, which consists of a trip for Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Spain.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000), depending on time of travel and place of departure, and consists of: (a)Round trip coach class air transportationfor Grand Prize Winner and Guest, departing from an airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence (determined by HBO, in its sole discretion), and arriving at an airport in Spain (determined by HBO, in its sole discretion);
