PRIZE: ONE (1) PRIZE: A three (3) day / two (2) night trip for Winner
and three (3) guests (individually, “Guest,” the Guests and Winner shall
collectively be referred to as the “Group”) to the Los Angeles, CA area
(“City”), on Sponsor-selected dates (“Trip”) to attend the Radio Disney
Music Awards (“Event”) consisting of the following elements (“Prize”) for
the Group: [1] hotel accommodations (one standard room/quad occupancy,
including room tax) for two (2) nights; [2] up to four (4) tickets to the Event
to be held on or about April 29, 2017; [3] the opportunity for the Group to
attend the “after party”; [4] hotel/Event transfers; Winner
must take Trip on Sponsor-selected dates estimated to be April 28,
2017 and April 30, 2017, (“ARV”) for Prize: $4,000 (if Winner is a resident of
California) or $4,280
