PRIZES: The approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of the prize is up to $2,297.00 and consists of a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Austin, TX for the Prevention R3 Summit. The prize consists of the following: (i) round-trip coach class air transportation (two (2) tickets), from a major commercial airport within the continental United States closest to the winner’s residence, as determined by Administrator within its sole discretion for two (2) people (the winner and one (1) guest) to/from Austin, TX (value: up to $1,000 total or $500 per ticket), (ii) two (2) night stay for winner and one (1) guest in one (1) standard occupancy hotel room at the Embassy Suites in Austin, TX on October 17, 2014 and October 19, 2014 (value: up to $757.00), (iii) two (2) tickets for the winner and one (1) guest to the Prevention R3 Summit (value: up to $190.00), (iv) meet & greet with Prevention’s editor-in-chief, and (v) an enhanced gift bag (value: up to $350.00).
