Prizes:
In accordance with Federal and state rules, alcohol will not be given as a prize. Each winner will
receive a trip for winner and one (1) guest for three (3) days/two (2) nights to a destination in the United
States specified by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to attend an Absolut Summer venue. Trip includes
round-trip coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to
destination, two (2) nights’ standard hotel accommodations (one (1) double occupancy room), round trip
ground transportation to/from airport/hotel, two (2) tickets to attend the Absolut Summer venue and
$1,000 in spending money. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $4,500.00 (the
“Prize”). Actual value of trip depends on location of winner’s residence, lodging and other costs at time
of booking, but if actual value is less than stated ARV, neither the difference in value nor any additional
compensation will be awarded. Or winner may elect to receive a cash alternative (awarded in the form of
a check) in the amount of $4,500 in lieu of the trip. Prize election must be made at time of winner
notification. All reservations and travel arrangements shall be with suppliers and air carriers selected by
Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, must be made through a travel agent selected by Sponsor and
are subject to availability. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and must travel on
dates specified by Sponsor, or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such
winner. The trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer
miles. Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. Certain travel
restrictions may apply. In the event Sponsor is unable to provide tickets to the Absolut Summer venue, no
compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof; however, remainder of prize package will be
awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Winner and guest are responsible for
obtaining any necessary documentation prior to travel. Winner’s guest must be 21 years of age or older at
the time travel is booked, and must complete and return a liability and publicity release prior to travel.
Total ARV of all prizes: $49,500.00.
