PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARVs):
Four (4) Grand Prizes: Trip for winner and up to three (3) guests to a sponsor designated location within the contiguous United States for the opportunity for winner and three (3) guests to “Play against the Pros” by competing against the Pros (John Cena, Gabby Douglas, Stephen Curry, and David Ortiz) in a series of team focused events that will include running, throwing, and jumping. Winner must be accompanied on trip by his/her parent/legal guardian. Winner’s guests must be 18 years of age or older, or if guest is under 18 years, guest must be accompanied on trip by his/her own parent/legal guardian. Maximum number of travelers including winner, winner’s parent/legal guardian, winner’s guests, and any required parents/legal guardian accompanying guests who are minors is eight (8) people. Trip consists of round trip airfare from major airport nearest winner’s residence to a sponsor designated location within the contiguous United States; 3 days/2 nights hotel accommodations (up to 4 rooms, double occupancy); opportunity for winner and three (3) guests to “Play against the Pros” by competing against the Pros (John Cena, Gabby Douglas, Stephen Curry, and David Ortiz) in a series of team focused events that will include running, throwing, and jumping; roundtrip ground transfers between airport/hotel and ”Play with the Pros” event; and $2,000 (for winner only), made payable to the winner’s parent or guardian). In the event any pro/celebrity listed above is unavailable to participate, an alternate pro/celebrity will be named by the Sponsor and will provide an experience of equal or greater value. Trip must be taken on Sponsor designated dates between January 2014 and April 2014 or prize will automatically be forfeited. Approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $15,100. Actual value of trip prizes will depend on actual number of guests, airfare fluctuations and point of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Grand Prize winner and his/her guests must travel on same itinerary including taking the same flights, if availability permits. All travel accommodations and arrangements at Sponsor’s discretion. All travelers must execute a Release of Liability prior to ticketing. Travel is subject to availability.
One hundred fifty (150) First Prizes: Sponsor designated item autographed by John Cena, Gabby Douglas, David Ortiz and/or Steph Curry and a Kids Vs. Pros Prize Pack inclusive of a rally towel, water bottle, sweat band, and drawstring backpack. ARV: $12 – $24. There will be thirty five (35) baseballs autographed by David Ortiz with Pros Prize Pack ARV: $11.32; ten (10) basketballs autographed by Steph Curry with Pros Prize Pack ARV: $11.28; thirty five (35) gold medals autographed by Gabby Douglas with Pros Prize Pack ARV: $11.23′ thirty five (35) hats autographed by John Cena with Pros Prize Pack ARV: $15.18; and thirty five (35) KVP autographed jerseys with Pros Prize Pack ARV: $23.68. Two hundred fifty (250) Second Prizes: Kids Vs Pros prize pack inclusive of a rally towel, water bottle, sweat band, and drawstring backpack. ARV: $8.73. Total value of all prizes is $64,802.50.
