PRIZES. Two (2) Grand Prizes Available: The Super Bowl 50 Experience. Two (2) Grand Prize winners will win a trip for two to the Super Bowl 50 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, CA, on February 7, 2016. Each Grand Prize will consist of: (a) two (2) round-trip coach airfare tickets for winner and guest from a major commercial airport nearest winner’s residence within CA, OR or WA to San Francisco Airport; (b) four (4) days’/three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy); (c) two (2) tickets to the Super Bowl 50 on February 7, 2016; and (d) $2,500 in spending money, awarded as a gift card. The trip must be taken February 5–February 8, 2016. If either Grand Prize winner is unable to travel on designated dates, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries, time permitting. Super Bowl seat ticket locations will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $12,375. The ARV of the Grand Prize is based on estimated airfare as of August 31, 2015. Actual retail value may vary based upon point of departure and/or airfare fluctuations. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value of the Grand Prize will not be awarded. Ground transportation may be provided if the winner lives within 200 miles of the San Francisco Airport. If the winner lives further than 200 miles from the San Francisco Airport, then airfare will be provided, as stated above. The difference in value will not be awarded to the winner.
Five (5) First Prizes: Each First Prize consists of one (1) Anquan Boldin-Autographed Item. Selection of item is at the sole discretion of Sponsor. ARV is $100 each.
Twenty (20) Second Prizes: Each Second Prize consists of one (1) Super Bowl 50/Pepsi co-branded Mini Helmet. ARV is $40 each.
Five Hundred (500) Third Prizes: Each Third Prize consists of one (1) $20 ExtraMile Promotional Card. ExtraMile Promotional Card is redeemable only for fuel and authorized goods and services at participating ExtraMile locations. ExtraMile Promotional Card expires 3/31/16.
