PRIZE: There will be one (1) prize awarded (“Prize”) to Winner (“Winner”). Prize will consist of the following: Winner and up to three (3) guests (each of whom must be 18 years or older) (“Guests”, each a “Guest”) will each receive the following: one (1) TaylorMade M2 club package (M2 Driver, Fairway club, Iron set, and Rescue club ); one (1) outfit from TaylorMade (Shirt, outerwear, pant, footwear and hat); one (1) round of golf with Justin Rose (at a course determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); one (1) round of golf at The Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, FL; one (1) round of golf at Diplomat Golf & Tennis Club in Hallandale Beach, FL; one (1) round of golf at Jacaranda Golf Club in Plantation, FL; three (3) night accommodations stay in Miami and two (2) night stay in the Bahamas determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion (two rooms total, double occupancy); a rental car for length of trip (make and model of rental car determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion, one (1) car total for Winner and Guests); round trip coach-class air transport from closest major airport to Winner’s home to the Bahamas, from the Bahamas to Miami, Florida and from Miami, Florida back to the closest major airport to Winner’s home (all flight details and order of flights will be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion). Prize will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsors excluding with respect to TaylorMade Adidas Golf Company with regard to any express warrantees on the TaylorMade M2 club package and the outfit from TaylorMade.
Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is eighteen thousand dollars ($18,000) USD.
