One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for one (1) winner and three (3) guests to visit Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, Florida for four (4) nights. Trip includes the following: four (4) round-trip coach air transportation between the major United States gateway airport closest to winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and the Orlando International Airport, provided, however, if winner resides within 250 miles of the Walt Disney World® Resort, air transportation will not be provided; four (4) round-trip ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort via Disney’s Magical Express Service, provided, however, if winner resides within 250 miles of the Walt Disney World® Resort, ground transfers will not be provided; room accommodations (one (1) standard room with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for four (4) nights at a Disney Deluxe Resort hotel at the Walt Disney World® Resort selected by Disney in its sole discretion; and four (4) 5-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® Option. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Certain restrictions and block-out dates may apply. Travel must be made through Sponsor’s agent and agent shall determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Once the travel schedule has been arranged, it cannot be altered and failure of winner to follow such schedule shall not obligate Sponsor in any way to provide the winner with alternate arrangements. Released Parties are not responsible for airline cancellations or delays. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in place of air transportation if winner lives within a 250 mile radius of Orlando, Florida, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and to award no additional compensation or substitution for the difference in prize value in such event. Winner and his/her respective guests must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining any/all necessary travel documents (including but not limited to valid photo I.D.) prior to departure. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Winner may be required to provide a credit card at time of hotel check-in to cover hotel incidentals. Any depiction of prize is for illustrative purposes only. Prize elements may not be separated. Airline tickets issued in conjunction with the prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no code share flights may be used. All prize components are based on availability and certain restrictions/black-out dates may apply. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,792.36. Trip must be taken between June 30, 2017 and June 30, 2018. Trip and trip components may not be sold, traded, transferred, substituted or rescheduled to dates not within the fulfillment period set forth above, or refunded. Prize is not redeemable for cash.
