Weekly Prizes: There are four hundred-eighty (480) Weekly Prizes available to be awarded, forty (40) per Weekly Sweepstakes Period. Weekly Prizes include:
• Weekly First Prizes: There are sixty (60) Weekly First Prizes available in total to be awarded, five (5) per Weekly Sweepstakes Period. Each Weekly First Prize will include one (1) $100 NFLShop.com Gift Card E-Code, each with a $100 ARV.
• Weekly Second Prizes: There are one hundred-twenty (120) Weekly Second Prizes available in total to be awarded, ten (10) per Weekly Sweepstakes Period. Each Weekly Second Prize will include one (1) $50 NFLShop.com Gift Card E-Code, each with a $50 ARV.
• Weekly Third Prizes: There are three-hundred (300) $25 Weekly Third Prizes available in total to be awarded, twenty-five (25) per Weekly Sweepstakes Period. Each Weekly Third Prize will include one (1) $25 NFLShop.com Gift Card E-Code, each with a $25 ARV.
Total ARV of all Weekly Prizes available to be won: $19,500. There is a limit of one (1) Weekly Prize per person. Weekly Prize winners will receive an email containing their NFLShop.com Gift Card prize within forty-five (45) days of winner selection.
Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize Super Bowl 50 Prize Package for two (2), winner and one (1) guest, from Friday, February 5, 2016 to Monday, February 8, 2016. Grand Prize Super Bowl 50 Prize Package includes:
• Airfare: $1,500 travel voucher to be used by Grand Prize Winner to purchase two (2) round-trip flights to San Francisco, California;
• Hotel: Three (3) nights hotel accommodations in a single, double-occupancy room at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice (check in on Friday, February 5, 2016 and check out on Monday, February 8, 2016);
• Tickets: Two (2) tickets to Super Bowl 50 taking place on Sunday, February 7, 2016; and
• Food Allowance: $800 food allowance to be awarded as an $800 pre-paid card.
