pre-paid debit card. Approximate retail value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $5,300. Grand
Prize winner will be required to complete, sign, have notarized and return an Affidavit of
Eligibility and Liability Release and (where permitted) Publicity Release. Required
document must be received by Sponsor or its administrator within four (4) days of the
date on the notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
Weekly Prize (40: 5 per week): A $50 gift card valid for use with a home improvement
retailer (gift card valid online or in-store; retailer selected by Sponsor). ARV of Weekly
Prize: $50. Total ARV of Weekly Prizes: $2,000. Weekly Prize winner will be required to
