complete the official online entry form with all required fields and upload a photo capturing your best snowman (the “Submission”). Then click the “Submit” button to receive one (1) Submission into the Contest. Snowman may be constructed of real snow or any other material and may include drawings or other craft representations of a snowman.

Submission Requirements/Restrictions: The Contestant’s photo should showcase their best snowman using any materials they wish to create their snowman. Contestants must only submit photos of their snowman that do not contain any third party persons unless third party persons have signed a release form for the Contestant.

The Submission must be an original work created by the Contestant and cannot have previously won a contest or other promotion. Submission must not have been previously published, must not be awaiting publication, nor may be submitted for publication consideration during the Contest Period. Submission must be in English and must NOT include the brand name or the trademark of any other manufacturer, except Service Experts.

JUDGING: All Submissions will be reviewed by Sponsor’s judging panel to make certain the content falls within the parameters under the Submission Requirements. Prize Winners (defined in the “PRIZES” section of these Official Rules) will be determined based upon the judging process below. The judging of Submissions will be conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor whose decisions are based upon its sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules and are final and binding in all respects.

PHASE 1: Throughout the Contest Period, all approved Submissions will be judged by the Sponsor in order to select five (5) finalists (each a “Finalist”). Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select fewer than five (5) Finalists if an insufficient number of eligible Submission or no eligible Submissions are received. Eligible Submissions will be judged based on the following criteria:
•Workmanship – (25%)
•Memorable/Interesting- (25%)
•Creativity – (50%)

Each Submission will receive a score based on one hundred (100) total possible points. The five (5) Submissions having the highest cumulative score will move on to Phase 2 and be deemed a Finalist. In the event of a tie in Phase 1, the Contestant’s Submission receiving the higher score for “Creativity” will be the Finalist. In the event that the Submissions involved in the tie have the same score for “Creativity”, the higher score for “Memorable/Interesting” will be used to determine the Finalist. In the event that the Submissions involved in the tie have the same score for “Memorable/Interesting”, the higher score for “Workmanship” will be used to determine the Finalist. In the event of a further tie, in which the Contestants’ Submissions involved in the tie have the exact same score for each criterion listed above, the Sponsor in its sole discretion shall choose a Finalist based on an evaluation of which Submission is superior overall, taking the entire judging criteria into consideration.

PHASE 2: After the Finalists have been selected, the five (5) Finalists will be uploaded to the Sponsor’s Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/ServiceE…ditioning/ for public vote. All eligible Finalists will be uploaded to the Website by 12:00 a.m. ET on March 11, 2016. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical and/or quality issues of any Submission uploaded to the Website. Public voting will begin at 12:00 a.m. ET on March 11, 2016 and end at 11:59 p.m. ET on March 20, 2016 (the “Public Voting Period”). Finalists will receive one (1) vote each time a “Fan” clicks the “Like” button. Limit one (1) vote per day per public person for the entire Public Voting Period. Voting is open to persons who are legal U.S. residents currently residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old or resident of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are the age of majority in their province of residence.

Each Finalist’s Submissions score from Phase 1 will be re-weighted based on the judging criteria in order to factor in the public votes.
•Relevance – (25%)
•Memorable/Interesting- (20%)
•Creativity – (40%)
•Public Voting- (15%)
The Finalist with the highest score will be deemed the Grand Prize Winner.

In the event of a tie in Phase 2, the Contestant’s Submission receiving the higher score for “Creativity” will be the Grand Prize Winner see rules for more info.

PRIZE: One (1) grand prize of a Disney Cruise with airfare for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests will be awarded (the “Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $11,000. The Grand Prize Winner will be able to select their choice of cruise, ie. airfare, port of call, ship, number of nights, and cabin; however, the value to be awarded toward the Disney Cruise is $11,000. Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for any value that exceeds $11,000. Additionally, a Lennox furnace with installation by Service Experts will be awarded to a Grand Prize Winner that resides within a Service Expert market. In the event a Grand Prize Winner does NOT reside within a Service Expert market, no additional compensation or substitution for the furnace and installation will be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner. The total ARV of the furnace and installation is $5,000. Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $16,000.
