Prize Level 1 Prizes (30): Each Prize Level 1 Winner will receive one (1) of the five (5)
following “LISTERINE® Bold Packs” (each, a “Prize Level 1 Prize”). The following
LISTERINE® Bold Pack themes are available and will be randomly distributed amongst
the Prize Level 1 Winners (six (6) available packs per theme):
i. “Capture the Moment Pack”, which consists of: a personal action video recording
device, an instant camera, a photography travel backpack, a mini pocket drone, a
32 GB memory card, and a camera lens for a smartphone. The ARV of each
Capture the Moment Pack is $388. The total ARV of all “Capture the Moment
Packs” available in the Promotion is $2,328.
ii. “Outdoor Adventure Pack”, which consists of: a stainless steel wearable multitool,
a Grand Trunk® portable nylon hammock, a nylon daypack, a camping stove, a
firemaking kit, and a solar-compatible portable recharger. The ARV of each
Outdoor Adventure Pack is $439. The total ARV of all “Outdoor Adventure Packs”
available in the Promotion is $2,634.
iii. “Tropical On-The-Go Pack”, which consists of: a ukulele bundle, a pair of aviator
sunglasses, a cooler backpack, two (2) drink holders, a drink mixer multitool, a
frisbee, and a portable waterproof portable speaker. The ARV of each Tropical OnThe-Go
Pack is $469. The total ARV of all “Tropical On-The-Go Packs” available
in the Promotion is $2,814.
iv. “Bold Fitness Pack”, which consists of: a smart fitness watch, a 36 ounce water
bottle, a sport backpack, a set of resistance bands, a set of resistance loop bands,
a jump rope, and a pair of sweat bands. The ARV of each Bold Fitness Pack is
$473. The total ARV of all “Bold Fitness Packs” available in the Promotion is
$2,838.
v. “Music On-The-Go Pack”, which consists of: a pair of on-ear premium
headphones, a wireless portable speaker, a DJ gear backpack, a set of bongos, a
harmonica, and a kazoo. The ARV of each Music On-The-Go Pack is $575. The

total ARV of all “Music On-The-Go Packs” available in the Promotion is $3,450.
The ARV of each Prize Level 1 Prize is between $388 and $575. No more than thirty (30)
Prize Level 1 Prizes will be awarded.
Prize Level 2 Prizes (15): Each Prize Level 2 Winner will receive a “Backyard Bold
Adventure Experience” (“Prize Level 2 Prize”). The Sponsor will suggest various
experiences available in the winner’s local area (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole
discretion) such as hot air ballooning, driving on a racetrack, music lessons, performing
on stage at a local theater, etc. based on the Prize Level 2 Winner’s residence. Each Prize
Level 2 Winner will select one (1) activity from the Sponsor-provided list of experiences.
The ARV of each Prize Level 2 Prize is up to $500. No more than fifteen (15) Prize Level
2 Prizes will be awarded.
D. Prize Level 3 Prize (1): The Prize Level 3 Prize Winner will receive a “Bold Trip
Experience” (“Prize Level 3 Prize”). The Prize Level 3 Prize will include a five (5) day/four
(4) night trip for two (2) people (Prize Level 3 Winner and a guest of his/her choosing) to
Prize Level 3 Winner’s choice of destination from the following options: Denali, Alaska;
The Big Island, Hawaii; New Orleans, Louisiana; Sydney, Australia; Victoria Falls, Zambia;
and Pamplona and Northern Spain. Prize Level 3 includes: round trip airfare for two (2)
people (Prize Level 3 Winner and guest of his/her choosing) between a major commercial
airport close to the Prize Level 3 Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole
discretion) and a major commercial airport near the selected destination city, four (4)
nights standard hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy) at a hotel in the
destination city (selected by Sponsor), Prize Level 3 Winner’s choice of two (2) Sponsorcurated
activities in the selected destination city, and $1,000 spending money awarded in
the form of a check made payable to the Prize Level 3 Winner. Alternatively, the Prize
Level 3 Winner may select a $10,000 cash alternative, awarded in the form of a check
made payable to the Prize Level 3 Winner.
The ARV of the Prize Level 3 Prize is up to $10,000
No more than one (1) Prize Level 3 Prize will be awarded.
E. Total ARV: The total ARV of all prizes available in the Promotion is up to $40,671.
