PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”): Four (4) First Prize Winners (one [1] First Prize per each of the four (4) Entry Periods): Each First prize winner will receive a video chat experience with a Shark Tank cast member (i.e., one of the Sharks) from the current Shark Tank television show (i.e., a “Shark”) (subject to availability and restrictions, as discussed below) and one (1) Shark Tank prize pack which includes: one (1) backpack, one (1) t-shirt, and an assortment of pens.
