PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE, AND ODDS OF WINNING:
A. Grand Prizes (2,900): The grand prize is a Miller 64 T-Shirt (“Grand Prize”). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $15. No more than two thousand nine hundred (2,900) Grand Prizes will be awarded. The total ARV of all Grand Prizes will not exceed Forty-three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($43,500).
B. First Prizes (2,500): The first prize is a Miller 64 String Sack (“First Prize”). The ARV of each First Prize is $10. No more than two thousand five hundred (2,500) First Prizes will be awarded. The total ARV of all First Prizes will not exceed Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000).
C. Second Prizes (1,000): The second prize is a Miller 64 Keychain (“Second Prize”). The ARV of each Second Prize is $1. No more than one thousand (1,000) Second Prizes will be awarded. The total ARV of all Second Prizes will not exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000).
