A. Grand Prize (1): The “Grand Prize” consists of the following: (i) one
(1) 2017 Chevrolet Camaro SS customized by Tommy Pike Customs™
(the “Vehicle”); (ii) one (1) Trip as defined below, for the confirmed
winner to Las Vegas, Nevada to attend the 2017 Specialty Equipment
Market Association (“SEMA”) Show; (iii) one (1) check made payable
to the Grand Prize winner in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000); and (iv) one (1) One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) VISA® gift
card to be used on the Trip to pay for expenses. The Grand Prize
winner must accept all of the elements of the Grand Prize or forfeit the
Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner will be announced at the SEMA
show and must be able to attend the SEMA show as part of receiving
the Grand Prize.
Vehicle: The Grand Prize winner will be solely responsible for any
additional features, upgrades or options to the Vehicle outside of the
customization performed by Tommy Pike Customs™. The Grand Prize
winner is responsible for all obligations, taxes, and expenses,
including, but not limited to, sales tax, luxury tax, other taxes,
registration, title and license fees, insurance, and all other costs
incurred in claiming, registering or using the Vehicle. All other costs
and expenses not expressly set forth herein are the winner’s sole
responsibility. The Sponsor will deliver the Vehicle to the Grand Prize
winner within approximately 45 days from the 2017 SEMA Show at
his/her residence. No other delivery option will be available. The Grand
Prize winner must present his/her valid U.S. driver’s license for U.S.
residents and provide satisfactory proof of liability insurance prior to

the delivery of the Vehicle. The Vehicle details and availability are
subject to change. The Vehicle is non-transferable and non-assignable.
No substitution, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed, except at
Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the
Vehicle is Forty-eight Thousand Seventy-five Dollars ($48,075).
Trip: The Trip is defined as a trip which consists of round trip, coach
air transportation for the Grand Prize winner from a major commercial
airport near his/her home (chosen at Sponsor’s sole discretion) to a
major commercial airport near Las Vegas, NV, departing on or about
October 31, 2017, and returning on or about November 3, 2017, four
(4) days/three (3) nights lodging (standard accommodations, single
occupancy), and tickets to the SEMA Show. The Grand Prize winner
must attend the SEMA Show on a date and time established by the
Sponsor to be publicly presented the Vehicle. If winner resides within
a 100-mile radius of destination, ground transportation may be
provided in lieu of air transportation, and no compensation will be
provided for any difference in prize value. Travel dates are subject to
availability; blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. The
Grand Prize winner is responsible for having valid travel documents
including government identification. The Grand Prize winner is
responsible for all travel expenses not included herein, including but
not limited to airline baggage fees, gratuities, meals, airport fees,
parking fees, personal charges at the hotel, and any other incidental
costs or expenses related to participation in this Prize. Grand Prize
activities are subject to rain-check, modification and/or cancellation
policies and procedures of event organizers. Sponsor reserves the right
to add, substitute, change or edit Grand Prize related elements and/or
activities in its sole discretion. Lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed
tickets will not be replaced. The Grand Prize winner is responsible for
all travel related documents and to obtain and maintain applicable
insurance at their own cost and expense. The ARV for the Trip alone is
One Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($1,600).
The Grand Prize winner must sign and return a travel liability release
before travel will be booked. Sponsor is not responsible if any events
are delayed, postponed, or canceled for any reason.
There will be only one (1) Grand Prize awarded in connection with this
Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize does not include any other item or
expense not specifically described in these Official Rules, and any such
additional expenses are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize winner.
The Grand Prize winner must provide Sponsor with a valid taxpayer

identification number or social security number before the Grand Prize
will be awarded. A Form 1099 will be issued to the Grand Prize winner.
The ARV of the Grand Prize is Sixty Thousand Six Hundred Seventyfive
Dollars ($60,675).
B. Weekly Entry Period Prizes (23): The “Weekly Entry Period Prize”
is a $100 Shell® gift card. The ARV of each Weekly Entry Period Prize
is One Hundred Dollars ($100.00). Allow 6-8 weeks after the selection
of a winner for delivery of a Weekly Entry Period Prize. For security
reasons, Card should be treated like cash. Use of the Card constitutes
acceptance of the following terms: The Card can be used, up to
balance, only for purchases of goods and services at Shell locations in
the U.S., except territories. The Card cannot be redeemed for cash
and no change will be given, except where required by law. Not
reloadable. Except in certain circumstances, the value of the Card will
not be replaced if the Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed. For questions

Limit: Only one (1) Weekly Entry Period Prize per Entrant, household
address and email address. An Entrant can win a Weekly Entry Period
Prize and the Grand Prize.
C. The ARV of all Prizes in this Sweepstakes is Sixty-two Thousand Nine
Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($62,975).
