Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize winner will be selected. Grand prize winner will receive a 2015 Ducati Motorcycle [model number 889].
The Ducati will be delivered to an address selected by the winner that is located in the United States. Winner must take delivery of the Ducati within 30 days of when the Sponsor advises the Ducati is ready for delivery. If the winner does not take delivery of the Ducati within 30 days the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected. Winner will be solely responsible for any applicable registration costs, taxes (including state sales or like tax), license, title and motorcycle insurance fees, and any expenses not listed herein related to receipt, possession, acceptance and use of the Ducati. The actual style, model, make, color, design and features of the Ducati may vary from any depictions of it in the Contest materials. The Sponsor will determine the style, model, make, color, design and features including but not limited to features. The grand prize winner must be a licensed motorcycle driver and show a valid motorcycle license and proof of insurance before the Ducati will be awarded. If winner does not provide proof of a valid motorcycle driver’s license and proof of motorcycle insurance prior to delivery, winner forfeits the prize. Approximate retail value of the grand prize is $20,171.
