ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A three (3) day / two (2) night trip for winner and one (1) guest to Nashville, TN, on Sponsor-selected dates expected to be in November, 2016, consisting of the following elements for the Group:
[1] hotel accommodations (one standard room/dual occupancy, including room tax) for two (2) nights at a hotel in Nashville selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion;
[2] two (2) tickets to the 2016 CMA Awards;
[3] $500 spending money to cover meals, etc.
[4] if winner’s residence is located more than two hundred (200) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and a Sponsor-selected airport in or near the City; but if winner’s residence is located two hundred (200) miles or less from the City, round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between winner’s residence and the hotel, and
[5] airport/hotel transfers.
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $3,600. Winner must book the trip at least 45 days before travel and must complete the Trip on Sponsor-selected dates on or about November 2016, or Trip will be forfeited in its entirety.
ONE HUNDRED (100) FIRST PRIZES: one (1) Walmart® eGift Card worth $25 awarded via the email address that was used to enter the Sweepstakes (if winner entered via Online Entry). If winner entered via SMS Entry, Administrator will ask winner for email address during the notification process in order to send the eGift Card. ARV of First Prizes: $2,500.
TWO HUNDRED (200) SECOND PRIZES: one (1) Colgate® Optic White® Style products. Includes: one (1) Colgate® Optic White® Toothbrush + Whitening Pen, ARV of Second Prizes: $12.96 each for a total for Second Prizes of $2,592.
Total ARV of all prizes: $8,692
