GRAND PRIZES: Two (2) Vehicle Grand Prizes will be awarded, consisting
of either one (1) new 2016 Chevy Camaro Prize or one (1) new 2016 Chevy Colorado
Prize (each a “Vehicle”), as determined and chosen by Sponsor. Vehicle will be
delivered with standard equipment for make and model. Any Vehicle displayed or
pictured in promotional/advertising materials may not be the actual Vehicle(s) awarded.
Manufacturer’sSuggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) of each Vehicle Prize: $25,000.
Vehicle Prize Cash Alternative: Vehicle Prize winners may select a cash option in the
amount of $10,000 in lieu of the Vehicle Prize and no additional compensation will be
provided. The Vehicle Prize cash option shall be awarded in the form of a check. Actual
Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Vehicle Prize Cash Alternative: $10,000. In no way can a
Vehicle Prize and the Vehicle Prize Cash Alternative be combined.
Two (2) Trip Grand Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of one (1) trip for winner
and one (1) guest to the Florida Georgia Line Show, taking place on October 16, 2015 at
the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana; coach round-trip air transportation
for winner and guest from a major airport nearest winner’s home to an airport near New
Orleans, Louisiana or (for winners who live within 200 miles of New Orleans, Louisiana
a $600 check in lieu of air transportation (as determined by Sponsor); hotel
accommodations (one room, double occupancy) for two (2) nights, arriving on October
15, 2015 and leaving on October 17, 2015; round-trip ground transportation to hotel and
event; two (2) tickets to the Florida Georgia Line Show on October 16, 2015; two (2)
commemorative Mountain Dew gift bags; and $200 spending cash (to be awarded in the
form of a check, payable to winner) which may be used towards other expenses.
