How to Enter: During the Submission Phase and Sweepstakes Period, visit www.4kseconds.att.com (the “Website”) and follow the links and instructions to register for the Promotion by providing your name and valid email address and upload one (1) original photo that expresses creativity and sparks emotion and excitement (the “Photo”). By completing the registration and submitting your Photo, you agree that your Photo conforms to the Photo Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below (collectively, the “Guidelines and Restrictions”) and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove your Photo and disqualify you from the Promotion if it believes, in its sole discretion, that your Photo fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions. Photo Guidelines:
The Photo must be in a jpg or png format; and
The Photo must not exceed 1 megabyte (1 mb) in size.
For submitting a Photo that confirms to the Guidelines and Restrictions above, you will receive one (1) entry into the Contest and one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes drawing for the applicable Entry Period. Non-winning entries will be included in drawings for subsequent Entry Periods. Limit: Each entrant may submit five (5) entries during the Submission Phase/Sweepstakes Period.
Winner Determination: Winners will be determined via the processes set forth below.
Contest:
Voting Phase: During the Voting Phase, the entrants’ Photos will be posted in an online gallery for public voting at www.4kseconds.att.com. Persons who meet the eligibility criteria as set forth in Section 1 will be invited to vote for the Photo(s) they believe has the most public appeal. The public voting for each Photo will be used to determine the Public Appeal score included within the judging criteria described below. Limit: Each person may vote one (1) time per day during the Voting Phase.
Judging Phase: During the Judging Phase, a panel of qualified judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will score all eligible Photos based on the following Judging Criteria:
Relevance to the theme of excitement, emotion and creativity (30%);
Photo embodies Sponsor’s brand and values of innovation and ingenuity (25%);
Public Appeal (25%); and
Quality of Photo (20%)
The entrant with the highest-scoring Photo will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner. The two (2) entrants with the next highest-scoring Photos will be deemed the potential First Prize and Second Prize winners, respectively.
Sweepstakes: Sponsor’s agent will select a total of five hundred (500) potential Sweepstakes Prize winners in random drawings from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Drawings will be conducted on or around the business day following the close of the applicable Entry Period, and Administrator will notify each potential winner by email at that time. Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and selection of potential Sweepstakes winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Non-winning entries will be included in drawings for subsequent Entry Periods.
