SWEEPSTAKES Prizes: Limit one prize per person.There are a total of Five Hundred and Sixty One (561) Prizes available.
One (1) 2014 Jeep Wrangler with 2 doors, 4 seats and a 5-speed automatic transmission (details of which to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Total ARV:$23,690. The Jeep will be delivered at Sponsor’s expense to the dealer nearest winner’s home where winner must pick up the Jeep.The difference in value as stated herein and value at time of prize notification, if any, will not be awarded in cash or otherwise. Any upgrades and options are at the sole expense of the Winner. Package, factory options, and other specifics to be determined by Sponsor, and are subject to availability. Winner must be a licensed driver and winner must present a current valid U.S. driver’s license or endorsement and proof of insurance prior to taking possession of the vehicle; failure to show same may result in Prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential winner. Winner is responsible for all associated dealership fees including all title, license, insurance, registration, dealer preparation, applicable sales taxes or fees, destination and handling charges, and other fees associated with vehicle. All other costs not specifically stated herein as being awarded are the responsibility of Prize Winner. Winner must take delivery of vehicle from the designated dealer within thirty(30) days after the date the vehicle is delivered to the specified designated dealer, or the vehicle may (in Sponsors’ sole discretion) be automatically forfeited by the Winner. Two (2) Prizes: Each winner will receive a 2014 Vespa Motorized Scooter with a max speed of 39 mph (details of which to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), ARV:$3,299. The Scooter will be delivered at Sponsor’s expense to the dealer nearest winner’s home where winner must pick up the Scooter. The difference in value as stated herein and value at time of prize notification, if any, will not be awarded in cash or otherwise.Any upgrades and options are at the sole expense of the Prize Winner.
