To enter, (i) view the :15 second Wonderful Pistachios TV commercial Part II for the 2014 Big Game with the URL “CountOurNuts.com” displayed in the commercial (the “Commercial”) on broadcast television, on www.getcrackin.com, on Sponsor’s Get Crackin’ Twitter Page – twitter.com/getcrackin (“Website”), or elsewhere on the Internet; (ii) follow Sponsor’s Twitter account, @getcrackin; and (iii) tweet or retweet a numerical guess on how many pistachios — both real pistachios and objects depicting pistachios – (collectively, “Pistachios”) that are on the set of the Commercial whether or not they are visible in the Commercial and include the hashtag #getcrackinamerica. Tweets which include a numerical guess (in full numerical digit format) which omit the hashtag #getcrackinamerica are NOT valid and will NOT be considered. Any numerical guess submitted in any format other than in full numerical digit format are NOT valid and will NOT be considered. The participant to submit a valid tweet with the correct number of Pistachios on the set of the Commercial or comes closest without going over the specified number of Pistachios on the set of the Commercial will win the Grand Prize.

PISTACHIO COUNT: The number of Pistachios on the set of the Commercial shall include whole pistachios, both real pistachios and those objects depicting pistachios, contained within any packages and in loose form on the set of the Commercial whether or not they are visible during the Commercial. The word “Pistachios” in the Commercial is not included in the final count. A third party will have on record the number of Pistachios on the set of the Commercial for verification of entries prior to the start of the Sweepstakes and that number will be deemed to be the official count of Pistachios for purposes of this Sweepstakes.

PRIZES: There are exactly one thousand four hundred and three (1,403) total prizes available to be won in the Sweepstakes as follows:

•One (1) Grand Prize: $100,000 to be awarded in the form of a check. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): US $100,000.00.

•Two (2) First Prizes: Each winner will receive a pistachio-themed oil painting autographed by the Spokesperson. ARV: US $3,000.00 each.

•One Thousand (1,400) Daily Prizes (100 per Daily Drawing): Each day during the Daily Drawing Period, one hundred (100) Daily Prize winners will win one (1) of the following prizes (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion):
